Shipping policy
OVERVIEW
All online orders are subject to review and usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days after being placed, with the exception of made-to-order items, customized pieces, and engraving requests which require 7 to 14 business days.
Saturday, Sunday and U.S. federal holidays will not be considered as a regular business day with respect to estimated delivery lead time. Delivery on Saturday may however be proposed as a service to specific zip codes by our Client Care Center. Saturday delivery, in addition to express shipping, or overnight shipping may incur an additional charge. Please contact our Client Care Center for more specific information.
When considering package delivery time, please account for credit approval, address verification and order processing. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment, we will send you the Confirmation of Order by email.
When ordering on the Platform or through the Client Care Center, you will receive an email notification with all relevant tracking information related to the delivery of your purchase.
Each delivery package will contain, in addition to your purchased Norman Silverman product: (i) all related accessories, if any; (ii) Product User Guide, as applicable, and the Warranty Card and/or Certificate of Authenticity, as applicable; (iii) printed gift note(s) containing your message, if so requested by you when you place your order; (iv) the return/exchange form and pre-paid return label and (v) the packing slip without price.
When ordering from www.NormanSilverman.com or over the phone with an in-house Norman Silverman Diamond Expert, you will receive an invoice that will be sent to your email address as a .pdf attachment. You may also at any time later request an invoice by calling our Client Care Center. Norman Silverman reserves the right to request that you provide proper identification as a condition to complying with such request.
Norman Silverman fully insure every purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Purchases under $100,000 are sent by registered mail, purchases over $100,000 are delivered to clients by armored vehicle, for more information about purchases delivered by armored vehicle please contact our Client Care Center. Norman Silverman requires a signature by an adult to confirm your acceptance of your Norman Silverman delivery, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you understand and accept that evidence of a signature by such recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the sale contract by Norman Silverman and transfer of responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to you.

International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
