Refund policy
OVERVIEW
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@normansilverman.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate actions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Engraved jewelry items other than rings may not be returned. All Norman Silverman engraved rings may be returned for credit, however engraving fees are non-refundable. Removal of Norman Silverman engraving from any exchanged or resized ring is free with no additional engraving fee.Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns without a Norman Silverman Online Merchandise Authorization will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Items that cannot be resized
Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size; milgrain or ornate bands; some silver rings; or rings with alternative metals such as Tungsten cannot be resized, so please take care to order the correct ring size at time of purchase. For assistance determining the proper ring size, please contact customer service at (213) 687-3985.
International Returns
Additional shipping charges may be incurred if packages are returned via alternate carriers (including, but not limited to Canada Post). Norman Silverman Online reserves the right to charge your credit card for any fees we incur at time of package receipt.
For orders shipping to Asia and the Middle East the 30-day period begins on the date you receive your order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact our Client Care Center with any questions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Canceling or Changing your Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order please call a Norman Silverman Online Consultant at (213) 687-3985. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
