General Information

Does Norman Silverman provide documentation for insurance?

All documentation required to ensure your fine jewelry will be provided to you, including certificates and grading reports from GIA, AGS or HRD for our fine jewelry containing diamonds and other precious stones.

If you require any additional documents we request that you contact our Client Care Center for further assistance, or to answer any questions you may have.

Does Norman Silverman offer personal shopping or private showroom services?

Currently we do not offer showroom or private showroom services. However we do offer virtual showroom services by-appointment with one of our diamond experts.

Do other stores websites or stores sell authentic, new Norman Silverman diamonds?

Yes. We have retailer partners throughout the country. Do find the retail partner closest to you, please visit our retail partner page or contact us for more information.

Can I schedule an appointment or consultation prior to purchase?

Yes, we invite you to contact an available retailer partner in your area, begin by scheduling a virtual appointment with one of our diamond experts. 

If your concern is regarding ring size, you can order a Norman Silverman Ring Sizing Kit free of charge.

Is there a warranty or life-time guarantee?

All of our jewelry is handmade by expert craftsmen  to the highest quality and is guaranteed to last a lifetime with proper care and usage. 

If your Norman Silverman fine jewelry becomes damaged during its lifetime, we invite you to contact our Client Care Center and one of our on-site specialists will work with you to restore your item.

How do I know the provenance of my Norman Silverman Diamond?

All of our Norman Silverman diamonds are all naturally outsourced and conflict-free. A Norman Silverman we only use conflict-free diamonds from verified suppliers. All certified diamonds carry certificates from either GIA, AGS or HRD. All of our Norman Silverman diamond jewelry is designed, and crafted in the United States.

Payment

Does Norman SIlverman offer financing or payment plans?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer in-house options for financing or payment plans.

Can I split my payment?

We will do our best to accommodate clients who would like to split their payment. Full-payment is still required, and split-payments must be arranged in advance of your purchase with one of our Client Care Representatives.

If you would like to split your payment, or have questions about splitting your payment please contact our Client Care Center. 

What payment methods does Norman Silverman Accept?

For your convenience we currently accept all major American Credit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  We also accept digital payment through Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Norman Silverman gift cards on our website. 

For select purchases, and select purchases from overseas we reserve the right to request a wire transfer, direct bank transfer, money order or electronic check.  These select purchases must be completed through one of our Diamond Experts or through our Client Care Center.

 Please note that we do not accept trade-ins.

What is your return policy?

We offer our clients 15 days to register their return with us after having received their item if they are unhappy.  A full refund will be issued back to your original payment method issued no more than 14 business days after we have received the order and the returned item has been assessed and cleared by one of our in-house professionals. 

Please note that orders that contain custom pieces, personalization, or engraving cannot be returned or refunded once we have begun the creation of your one-of-a-kind order. Please contact our Client Care Center if you have any questions.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Of course, and we’re happy to help! Please contact our Client Care Center as soon as possible so we can assist you. 

Please note that orders can not be canceled or changed after they have shipped. Orders that contain custom pieces, personalization, or engraving cannot be canceled or returned once we have begun the creation of your one-of-a-kind order.

Care and Repair

Does Norman Silverman offer resizing or repair?

At Norman Silverman we offer our clients access to our in-house repair and resizing services carried out by our skilled craftsman. For more information about our services as they relate to fine jewelry repairs and/or alterations to your pieces purchased from Normansilverman.com please contact our Client Care Center.

Complimentary resizing is available within 1 year of your original purchase through NormanSilverman.com after that the fee associated with resizing is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

How can I check the status of my repair?

Where can I get my Norman Silverman Jewelry Cleaned?

We recommend you use a trusted local jeweler. Alternatively, we recommend a small “sonic machine” that can be found through Amazon.

Is there a warranty on jewelry purchased though your retail partners?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a warranty on jewelry sold through our retail partners. Any warranty on Norman Silverman branded jewelry purchased through one of our retail partners would be provided by the partner which the jewelry was purchased from. 

If a Norman Silverman item you’ve purchased through a retail partner requires repair and they are unable to accommodate said repair,  please contact our Client Care Center and one of our in-house experts will assist you, and assess the cost for repair services. 

Shipping

What secure shipping options are available through NormanSilverman.com?

We always follow best practices when it comes to shipping our products. At Norman Silverman our diamonds and fine jewelry are always shipped in non-descript boxes, and will never display any words (including “gold,” “silver,” “jewelry,” etc.) associated with our products and never indicate who the sender is. 

Norman Silverman requires a signature by an adult to confirm your acceptance of your Norman Silverman delivery, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Exceptional pieces valued over $100,000 are delivered by a complimentary armored vehicle and require extended identity verification. For more information about purchases delivered by armored vehicle please contact our Client Care Center. 

All jewelry is shipped fully insured, and in compliance with local and international laws.

How much is shipping?

At Norman Silverman we offer our clients complimentary shipping on orders over $500. 

Orders under $500 pay a flat shipping rate of $XX. Customers requesting delivery by an armored vehicle that do not meet the $100,000 threshold for complimentary transport are required to cover the cost of transportation and delivery. Overseas deliveries are subject to additional charges.

Is my fine jewelry shipment insured?

All jewelry is shipped fully insured, and in compliance with local and international laws. Norman Silverman requires a signature by an adult to confirm your acceptance of your Norman Silverman delivery, at which point the liability and responsibility for your purchase passes to you.

Can I ship my item to an international address?

Yes, for special accommodations for international orders please contact our Client Care Center. Please note International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
