Your appointment begins over video with a conversation centered on what you reach for daily, what you reserve for special occasions, and how a new diamond might become part of what you already love.
Refining the Selection
Based on your preferences, a curated selection of diamonds and silhouettes is presented. Size, balance, and setting are considered alongside your existing pieces, allowing each diamond to feel natural and distinctly yours.
The In-Person Viewing
Once your selection is refined, you are invited to our Los Angeles showroom to experience each piece in person and see how it feels when worn.
