Shipping Times and Rates

Order by 12/20, 12PM EST for complimentary delivery before Christmas.
For engraved items, place your order by 12/13, 5:00PM EST for delivery before Christmas. Please note that engraved items may not be returned or exchanged.
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Norman Silverman. does not ship orders to post office boxes.Norman Silverman is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

Ground Shipping: $0
Please allow 3-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

Next-day delivery: $20 without signature confirmation or with signature confirmation.
Orders placed before 1:00PM EST Monday through Friday will be delivered on the following day. Orders placed on Saturday before 1:00PM EST will be delivered Monday. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Next-day delivery is not offered for watches or personalized items.

Return Policy

Norman Silverman. offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Simply use the return label if enclosed in your delivery, or visit this page to print a return label. Then drop off your package at the nearest UPS location.

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if:
Returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply.
Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging (including water seal stickers) and in salable condition.
Our 30 day return policy for purchases made between November 1st and December 31st 2021 is extended to January 31st 2022.
